Also, our Prize Winner for the month of December will probably be announced along with the Twisted Chosen (NOTE ABOVE). Just FYI!

Okay, now on to our new challenge:
THE CHALLENGE
Show us something crafty that is new to you either received or bought!
THE TWIST
Make the theme of your creation something new or the beginning of something (baby, car, house, marriage, beginning of a race, etc.)

This is my take ....

I used the Studio Light Paper pad for the first time, it has just arrived a couple of days ago and since my wrist is still in the cast I kept my card rather CAS. The "Welcome Home" stands for a new beginning!

SNOWFLAKES .....

Our theme at Moo Mania for this challenge is *SNOWFLAKES*!

A Moo is a little card sized 2.8 x 7.1 centimeters,
or approximately 1.1 x 2.8 inches.

Come on over and join in the fun, you can't imagine all the stuff that fits on that tiny little piece :)
Can't wait to see what you come up with!
This is my sample .....

Time for Favorites ....

Such a wonderful challenge at the CRAFT-ROOM Challenge!

Well, I had to think this over for a bit. My favorites of 2013, well not the plural but one creation only!

I chose my Christmas Countdown. It's special to me.

When I saw a similar creation in a UK magazines I knew my time was running short, with Christmas just around the corner and also considering the fact that I would need  hand surgery ... of course on my right hand, where else? So I was in a hurry!

I started cutting chipboard and the design paper immediately, so I would have enough time for the embellies. I had no idea what it would be like, I just rolled with the punches. I finished it just in time, but it still needed to be put together.

Thank the Lord for Hubbies with crafty hands ... He taped Washi tape on rather thin paper, cut it in pieces and glued the strips to the back of "our" houses"

Twisted Tuesday Challenge!

This weeks challenge at Twisted Tuesday is Cutting Corners
Fussy cut something on your creations.

THE TWIST: Make special cuts on the corners of your creation (rounded, ticket, corner border, etc).

Once again I made three creations a tag and two Christmas cards. Since I can't cut I needed outside help again ... hubby .... still the best :)

"We" decided on rounded corners for the puzzle piece on the tag, ripped ones as well as tickets and flags on the cards.

A new board is up .....

...... at 123 Get Scrappy.

I did the right row down, colour green, scalloped edges & a staples.

This is my creation, using a very old photo ...
