Coffee or Tea?

Our new challenge at MooMania

  COFFEE or TEA?

You have two weeks to show us your projects. We can’t wait to see your creations. You may as always link all sorts of projects - not just the Moo format is permitted.

A Moo is a little card sized 2.8 x 7.1 centimeters,
or approximately 1.1 x 2.8 inches.

Come on over to our challenge blog and join in the fun, you can't imagine all the stuff that fits on that tiny little piece :)

Can't wait to see what you come up with!

As always what you make, style, medium and materials you use,
will be entirely up to yourselves.

Have fun and don't forget to link to your entry!

Here is my take, the background (Coffeebeans) is from Darkroom Door; and I used an image from Viva Las Vegastamps.

*UFO's* at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers!

We all have them, and we all will finish them ..... one of these days :)

UFO's

This is our current challenge at our *Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers* blog for the next two weeks.

I always have cardstock in my stash with some kind of background, some in whole sheets, some already cut to card size or tags, the smaller ones into ATC's. This just had the colouring and the scratches.

I also found the wings which I must've stamped and cut a while ago, I guess at the time I didn't find any use for them.

Now I stamped the lady from Viva Las Vegastamps and the bulb from Visible Image and used bleach to take the colour away. The wings are from Rubber Dance Stamps.

To add some interest I stamped sentiments from Cherry Pie on the edges.

The sentiment on the bottom is part of a text from Dylusions.

I hope you find the time to join us, we'd love to see your UFO's ♥

I will also enter this tag into the current challenge at Viva LasVegaStamps!

Challenge #242 - Show us your Chippie :)

Our new challenge over at the "Use Your Stuff" Blog!

This is what this weeks challenge is all about:

Chipboard

I'd like to share with you a tag I created using an EyeConnect Crafts Chipboard heart.

I think what makes this heart so beautiful is the fact that it has holes already punched in it, so it's easy to lace it up with whatever twine or cord you choose.

Use any kind on your layout, card, tag or ATC.

I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Here is my little inspiration for you:

.... and some close ups from my "broken" heart ....

Sketches in Thyme!

I'm so glad I joined this team, it's so much fun to create little cards, or larger ones if you like, for my PL project.
Our lovely sketch #50 at Sketches in Thyme!

This time I created a card size 3 x 4". I used a Darkroom Door texture stamp and a sentiment from Viva LasVegaStamps. The cute little cat is a Memory Box die.

*Z* is for Zentangle

A new challenge at our "Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers" blog ...

This is my take on the *Z* is for Zentangle challenge. Unfortunately I couldn't bring myself to try to draw by hand, so my background is design paper .... shame on me :(

Please hop on over to the blog and check out the amazing jobs the Snarks have come up with :)

Happy weekend ♥

Totem Cat

Hi all! It's my turn to host our posting at the EyeConnect Craft blog today. I'd like to show you a card I made with the fun Cat from the Totem Cats set.

I started by applying PanPastels in different colours to my panel. I added texture by inking the hearts with a Dylusions stencil and added even more texture with Texture Paste from Ranger and a square stencil. I rubbed some “Ground Espresso” Distress Ink over the whole panel and stamped the crisscross on the edges.

I applied Gesso to the chip board cat and added brown acrylic paint. After assembling the beauty with brads I adhered it to my card with pop dots. The sentiment I used is from Viva Las VegaStamps.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
